First Choice Remodeling & Development’s process for our projects includes the following:
- Initial Consultation- Meet with a member of First Choice Remodeling & Development team to discuss your vision, budget, and timeframe for your project.
- Planning and Designing- We will take your vision and make a step-by-step plan to make it your dream project.
- Financial Options- We will discuss the payment schedule and financial options that are available to you.
- Contract Approval- Once everything has been agreed upon, we provide a detailed agreement and can move forward with the project.
- Blueprints and Materials Selections- We will create necessary blueprints to then help you work with locally approved vendors to choose your materials and fixtures for your project.
- Scheduling- Once all the materials and fixtures are on hand, we can start your project. There is also an application that you can utilize as a tool to help streamline the process of your project and help eliminate any delays.
- Construction Begins- You will have a dedicated foreman on site as well as the application to help show you the progression of your project.
- Clean-up and Walk-Through- At the end of each day, we will handle all the clean-up and haul away before we leave. At the end of your project, we will do a final walk-through.
- Warranty- We have our exclusive two-year unmatched guaranteed warranty.
