Our master bathroom shower needed an update. In these turbulent economic times, we did not want to put a lot of money into the update because we did not know if we would be able to get it back out of the house any time soon. We contacted 5 contractors and asked for quotes. After 4 of the 5 contacted us back and came out to view the job, only Dominic with First Choice delivered on what he promised. He was the only one to provide the estimate on time and was very professional in his presentation and representation with the company. After waiting to hear back from the other contractors, we quickly realized that the price quoted by First Choice was very fair and and even flexible. Dominic was ready and willing to work within our budget and timeframe. We felt very comfortable that First Choice was a reputable company that acted with integrity and was looking to make long-term customers. Needless to say, we chose First Choice for our remodel.

The execution of the remodel went very smooth. Dominic really went out of his way to meet us at both tile and home improvement stores in blizzard conditions to ensure that we had guidance on picking out the most modern tile and shower stalls available. When it came time to begin work, the First Choice team was on-time everyday and was very personable and professional. This made our family feel very comfortable since my wife and two little children were home alone with the workers. The First Choice team really went above and beyond in finding creative solutions to small problems
that they encountered and in getting the work done on time. They were very clean and really left our remodel looking and functioning great.

Obviously, we would recommend First Choice for your remodel. We were very pleased with both the company and with Dominic as a project manager. We will be looking to use First Choice for our other home improvement needs
this year.

Dear First Choice,

We had originally hired another contractor and paid a down-payment to them. That “so called” contractor was unprofessional and left us in a horrible bind with a huge mess. As those Red flags were raised we immediately released that team along with our down-payment!

So, burned once by homeowner naivety; out money, cynical, mad, intimidated, and helpless, knowing we couldn't stop now and we'd be at the mercy of another contractor, Steve surfed the net for legitimate, certified, contractors, and found First Choice. Fortunately for us, the rest is history. No more nightmares! Your crew came in and we watched as they quietly, seriously, and professionally, updated our bathroom, answered our questions politely and patiently, undid the blatant errors from before and turned our master bath into what we think is showpiece quality. The 'WOW' factor! We feel fortunate to have found you and will spread the word to others in the area as well!
